Brandon Marshall
2 January 2010
Receiver Brandon Marshall and tight end Tony Scheffler will be benched for disciplinary reasons and won't be allowed near the field. Sophomore wide-out Eddie Royal is likely to miss today's dame as well, so Josh McDaniels will lean heavily on his running attack and the short passing game. Even at 3-12, I like the Chiefs to pull of the upset over their AFC West rival.

o make big things happen, but here is my problem. They are talking contract extension with WR Brandon Marshall? Really? This is the same guy that batted down passes on purpose during practice, walked while everybody else jogged/stretched, and then pulled the ultimate douchebag move and punted the ball away from the ballboy. Wow, because THAT's real tough. Mr. Marshall makes $2.198 million, and he acts like this. What a whiner.

crushed me. Single handily. I was on top of the world, and the next thing I know I was Brandon Marshall/Jay Cutler. Laying over in the corner, crying. Sobbing uncontrollably. It was a beautiful Saturday; I had gone to the Farmer's Market to help out the locals. A great cause. Upon returning to the car, I had a voicemail from my dad; the classic battle of titans on the Big Ten Network. No, not Indiana vs. Northwestern.. #5 Purduh vs. #12 Wisconsin at Ross-Ade Stadium. A colossal showdown, Purduh hyped it up as "When Mega-Powers Collide" Sound familiar? Yeah, that's because they stole it from Savage vs. Hogan (true megapowers). Allegedly, this was bigger, West Lafayette, a city of intense cabby drivers, one of the best food joints in the Midwest, and a typically mid-level football team was on top of the world. Kyle Orton was doing his best Jeff George impression and the defense appeared as tough as nails. The city was full of big talk and Rose Bowl aspirations.

He guts it out for his team, no question.
Brandon Marshall- Stop me if you’ve heard this one before. A Denver Broncos star player is unhappy and wants a trade out of town. Oh wait, that JUST happened. The Broncos’ leading receiver the past two seasons wants a new deal and has asked for a trade from owner Pat Bowlen. Marshall’s agent has stated that the team informed his client that they would try to comply with his wishes.

The passing game really stepped up last year and that was due to the stand out effort of Brandon Marshall. In the face of adversity and the loss of Javon Walker for the entire season, Marshall grew to new levels of stardom. He is the best receiver on this team and one of the best receivers in the league. He’s big, powerful, and has great hands. He is a reliable option for young quarterback Jay Cutler. Cutler also has the option of Brandon Stokley, who may not be the fastest, may not be the best, but he just knows how to play football. He makes the plays when his number is called and that is the most important thing in this league. Making plays. Other then those two terrific wide outs, the talent at that position is lacking. Without Javon Walker on this team anymore, we will have to see who steps up. Marshall did it last year, can Keary Colbert be this year’s
